Myumi, Miami's first omakase food truck, used to be a FedEX truck, but these days it serves up chef's choice of sushi at a bar with six high stools. The truck remains stationary in a pleasant garden with Chef Ryo Kato preparing the 8- or 12-piece selection unless master chef Chef Kazuo Yoshida is in town from his 1 or 8 restaurant in Williamsburg in New York City. Reservations are booked through the app Resy.

Myumi, Northwest 29th Street, Miami, FL, United States
