One of the best options for cheap, fresh dim sum in Chinatown, Nom Wah Tea Parlor has a cult following devoted to its roast pork buns and steamed spareribs.  The décor is decidedly shabby, but has a sort of grubby charm all its own.

My go-to in NYC. Love the shrimp shumai and the selection of teas. Love the setting and side-street location. Also recommended: an after dim sum foot massage around the corner. Equally good!
