One of two well-known gay beaches on the barrier island of Fire Island, the Pines is where New York's pretty boys come to party.  A nudist-friendly beach filled with buff bodies, the attached town of the same name has a hot bar and club scene.  The stretch of land behind the beach, known as the "Meat Rack" is a popular and heavily trafficked cruising spot.
