You'll have to book months ahead for some of the block-buster shows like "Hamilton," but you can score same-day discount theater tickets, up to 50 percent off, to many Broadway and Off-Broadway shows at the TKTS Ticket booth between Broadway and Seventh Avenue at 47th Street. Matinee tickets are on sale Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm. Evening performance tickets are available daily between 3 pm and 8 pm (from 2 pm on Tuesday and Sunday until 7 pm)
