The Kennedy Space Center is a day trip from Orlando and living history of the Space Age. Visitors share the exhilaration of the astronauts through a bus tour of launch sites, two IMAX theaters, the US Astronaut Hall of Fame and a simulated ride into space. On display are historic spacecraft and memorabilia from outer space. There's also a chance to shake hands with a former astronaut. Check the Center's website for the next launch.
