In the heart of the city, bordered by Thornton Park, South Eola District and the Central Business District, Lake Eola Park has swan-shaped paddle boats and live swans, almost a mile (c. 1.5 k) walk around its waters and plays and concerts in the Walt Disney Amphitheater. Every Sunday there's a food market. The park's fountain, built in 1957 and symbol of the city, has colored waters set to music every evening. The highlight of Orlando Gay Pride is the Orlando Come Out With Pride Festival at the park with food vendors, family fun, marketplace and parade. Dinner and fireworks wind things up on the Lake Eola Promenade.
