The Chef, Gabriel Rucker, is award winning and the menu is fairly straight forward at this dinner-hours-only restaurant. Try one of the locally coveted Le Pigeon burgers - there used to be a limit on the number made every evening because patrons were too focused on the burgers to notice the other delicious entrees. Top pick for carnivores but not much here for the vegetarians.
