"The bluffs" are one of the most popular North Portland hangout spots. This hilltop hidden in a residential neighborhood has a beautiful view of the industrial area of North Portland, train yard, Willamette River and Forest Park. If you visit on a weekend evening expect to find a collection of queer, punk and hipster folks of all sorts having picnics, walking dogs, juggling or playing music. A good place for a picnic or a long conversation.
