Tin Vietnamese is a god-send for those looking to avoid the tourist trap restaurants located around the Convention Center. Their menu is pretty standard Vietnamese fare - think rice-noodle bowls, fried spring rolls, and lemongrass chicken - but the ingredients are fresh as can be and expertly prepared by the mom-and-pop operation in the kitchen. The dining room has a classic hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, but you'll feel like a local when you finally find it.
