A young, fun crowd is usually found at Boqueria, a new addition to the tapas scene in DC.  Tall tables with leather-topped stools crowd the floor, and service is prompt, so you may want to stagger your order a bit in order to better enjoy the lively ambiance.  The menu is standard tapas fare, but almost everything is done to perfection; shishito peppers are a must, as is the kale salad and garlic shrimp.
