Clothing Optional Men's Resorts in Palm Springs

On 3.5 landscaped acres, the 45-room CCBC is the largest clothing-optional gay men's resort in California. It hosts regular special events and offers a nature walk, a military area, a waterfall, a dungeon with videos and and biking trails. A shuttle is provided to downtown Palm Springs about four miles away.

In the gay-popular Warm Springs neighborhood, The Hacienda is a clothing optional resort that prides itself on its staff-to-guestroom ratio and greeting each guest with a basket of goodies. The all-suite resort is in a lush tropical setting with two swimming pools, misting systems, a Japanese pond and a multi-tiered Spanish fountain. Guests gather poolside on for sunning, complimentary breakfast and lunch and a Monday night wine and snacks. It offers a three-night honeymoon package with rose petals.

The Desert Paradise Resort - clothing optional - is a landscaped mid-century property with 14 poolside rooms and suites with California king beds. Each room is named after a diva like Judy Garland, Mae West or Cher. The "presidential suite" honors Marilyn Monroe. Amenities include an 8-man jacuzzi, salt-water pool, fire pit and closed-circuit cameras throughout the estate guests can access online.

Gay-owned Santiago is a chic, swimsuit-optional retreat, which boasts the large swimming pool (heated) of any gay resort in town, string hammocks for two, an outdoor spa, an outdoor mist system and complementary poolside lunches. The 23 guest rooms have either a king or two queen-size beds.

The 32-room clothing-optional Canyon Club Hotel is a mid-century property with a 52-foot swimming pool, sun lounges, a hedge maze, indoor playroom and a koi pond. Its spa includes sauna, steam and a 20-man hot tub. Active military, students and airline personnel receive discounts. It also offers day passes. When a large women's event is in town - like the Dinah Shore - the hotel is turned over to the girls.

The 26-room Vista Grande is clothing optional with king-sized beds, two swimming pools and a 15-man hot tub on a 1.5-acre estate where weddings in tux, shorts or nude are often held by the waterfall. Day passes not available.

Just a block from Palm Canyon Drive and within the privacy of compound walls, the grounds of the historic and clothing-optional Triangle Inn offer lush tropical gardens, a sparkling swimming pool, a soothing jacuzzi, an outdoor misting system and large sundecks. Hosts Stephen and Michael live on property.
