This little cheese shop, run by a Scottish woman, is a showcase for artisan cheeses from throughout Spain. Established in 2000 on the site of one of Barcelona's first butter-making factories, it has stand-up tastings with wine and a cheese tasting room open Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 5:30 p.m. or by appointment. Closed in August.
