Shop, cook, eat classical Mexican dishes in the cooking classes at the prize-winning El Arrayán restaurant. Classes - in English - are led by Chef Diego Sánchez and owner Carmen Porras and include culture and history as well as culinary techniques. The Monday classes begin at 9:30 am with a traditional Mexican breakfast before taking off to the market. The rest of the morning is spent hands-on in the kitchen, followed by lunch. Thursdays and Saturdays are cooking and lunch only with the class beginning at 11 am. Check the website for the seasonal schedule.
