This recently-opened museum of Islamic arts and culture located in Toronto's North York district contains over 1,000 artifacts housed in an impressive 10,000 square-metre structure surrounded by a large park and formal gardens. Dedicated to preserving Muslim heritage, the Aga Khan museum also showcases live performances from local and international artists. Open Tuesday through Sunday at 10am.
