Gastown is Vancouver's oldest neighborhood and one of its most atmospheric, due in part to the cobblestone streets and revamped warehouse spaces. This part of town is filled with cutting-edge galleries, restaurants and shops as well as some of the finest architecture in the city. A walk along Water Street is a must, as is a visit to the Steam Clock.
