A highlight of any Gastown walking tour, the Steam Clock is a favorite for photo ops and an emblem of the neighborhood. The clock is entirely powered by a steam pipes that run underneath the city, one of the only of its kind in the world. It shoots a plume of steam every fifteen minutes and plays the Canadian National anthem.
