Located near the small harbor town of Horseshoe Bay, Whytecliff Park sits on the coast of Howe Sound. The crescent-shaped beach is rocky and picturesque, surrounded by a number of gentle bluffs safe for climbing and cliff jumping. The waters are good for swimming and are a favorite scuba diving spot. Along with a small barbecue area the park also has tennis courts, a playground and grassy areas for picnicking. A number of hiking trails lead from the parking lot into the upper section of the forest.
