Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, that dynamic duo of celebrity chefs, cater to carnivores at Animal, serving up most everything between snout and tail on small plates in a minimalist setting. The deliciously decadent menu features foie gras with biscuit and maple sausage gravy, pig ear, red chili, lime and market egg and rabbit katsu curry with jasmine rice. You won't find a sign outside, but the restaurant is across from a donut shop. Shook and Dotolo, chosen Best Chefs in the West by Beard, are also partners in Son of a Gun, Jon & Vinny's, Trois Mec, Petit Trois, Trois Familia (Los Angeles).
