"Holistic Hipster's Paradise" headlined The Miami Herald when the low-key luxury Standard Spa opened on Belle Isle in Biscayne Bay off Miami Beach about a decade ago. In an earlier incarnation, it was the Lido Spa, Miami Beach's first health resort, designed by Morris Lapidus. The adults-only Standard Spa is off the beaten track, but what it lacks in location, it makes up for in hipness and the huge 24-hour bayside infinity pool for partying as well as sunning and swimming. Spa services, mud baths, yoga and vegan options in the grill channel the old Lido. Day memberships are available.
