With 13 restaurants in South Africa and one in Dubai at last count, Tashas is the creation of Chef Natasha Sideris who found the sweet spot between coffee shop and fine dining. Each of the franchises has great breakfasts and shares a classic menu of comfort foods, but no two are alike. Each has a unique decor and a special house menu. The Zone Rosebank Tashas - one of several in Johannesburg - is inspired by New York City, serving such Manhattan favorites as bagels and pastrami sandwiches. Around Cape Town, Tashas restaurants reflect Spain, Country French and Art Deco.
