Called Euro Disney when it opened in 1992, Disneyland Paris is the most visited theme park in Europe. It is really two parks in one: the original Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studio Park that opened in 2002. True to the Mickey Mouse original, it is a full-service resort with hotels and restaurants, but it is also an easy day trip from Paris, a 45-minute train ride to the west, or even on a layover at Charles De Gaulle Airport (shuttle service available). Tickets are 15% cheaper if purchased ahead of time online. It's a busy destination year around.
