One of the top three cruise ports in the world, Port Everglades is also a major seaport for container ships and petroleum products. It makes an impression from both land and sea (well, Intracoastal Waterway). Close to airport, beach and downtown, it's a good excuse for some quick sightseeing when you're in port or for a visit before or after your cruise. Day trips to the Bahamas leave out of the port.
