Hillsboro Beach is an affluent mostly-Snow Bird enclave on a mile of beautiful beach just north of the Hillsboro Lighthouse and inlet, Popular with nature lovers who come to see sea turtles nest, it has no public access, but you can walk southward from Deerfield Beach. Under Florida law, beaches from the high-water mark to the water are for everyone.
