Sine 1965 when Johnny Weiss Muller of Tarzan fame was the first president, the International Swimming Hall of Fame has celebrated heroes in competitive swimming, water polo, diving, open water swimming, synchronized swimming and masters swimming, but it will be decamping to California at some unannounced date. Meanwhile, there's time to see life-size wax figures of Weissmuller and Mark Spitz, Olympic medals, synchronized swimming costumes, an ancient Assyrian bas relief of swimming soldiers and the Tripp Family Art Gallery, displaying bronze sculptures with an aquatic theme.
