Wild Ginger took over the premises of the old Sailors Thai Canteen, which closed in 2016 after being a mainstay for two decades. Happily for diners, it retained many of the chefs and much of the authentic menu. The upstairs terrace has great views of Circular Quay. Happy hour daily runs from 3 pm to 7 pm.
