Part of the Leeu Collection - three five-star properties in the Cape Winelands - Le Quartier Français is a romanic boutique hotel with a natural pool in landscape gardens, a full-service spa and fireplaces in the 21 rooms. For over two decades, the big draw has been the cuisine of Chef Margo Janse, whose culinary arts have ranked the restaurant as one of the best in Africa and the Middle East, but she will be leaving the kitchen in April 2017.
