Chef Giorgio Nava, originally from Milan, supplies much of the meat at his award-winning 95 Keerom and its sister restaurant Carne SA just across the street from his own Karoo farms. In a 17th century stables and slave quarters, 95 Keerom has a glamorous modern chic decor that calls for dressing up. The house specialty is carpaccio (raw and seared, meat and fish), but the ample classic Italian menu also includes lobster pasta, seasonal vegetables, bread baked twice a day and ostrich, pork and fish selections. The cellar is well stocked with South African and Italian wines and French champagnes.
