Bukhara is a well-established chain of upmarket Indian restaurants that feature emerald green Udaipur marble floors and dishes inspired mostly by north India. The downtown Bukhara opened in 1995 and is the group's flagship, popular with local dignitaries and international celebrities. Terre are several other locations in Cape Town and in the nearby university town of Stellenbosch.
