The 23-room Hotel Pointe Rivoli has an ideal location, but as you might miss the hotel entrance as you exit the Metro St. Paul. It is squeezed between two coffee shops under a sign that says simply "Hotel." The hotel has other quirks like a nearly vertical staircase, but the price is right and the staff hospitable.
