The Techno Parade has brought electronic music and dancers to the streets of Paris each year since 1998. Funky house, techno, progressive, hardcore are all celebrated as about a dozen colorful floats with DJs and powerful speakers travel the route in the heart of the city. Nearly 400,000 people - many in costumes - turn out. Nightclub specials keep the party going on into the night.
