Otis Lebert, the young owner/chef at the cozy Le Taxi Jaune, makes a point of making guests feel at home, even to translating the menu. He puts creative touches on traditional foods such as stuffing artichokes with caviar and is one of the few chefs in Paris serving horse meat, once a French staple. His wine list features excellent small vineyards. He serves both lunch and dinner, closed Sundays. Reservations are required as seating is limited.
