Café in Neukölln

Once a secret spot to trespass and have a couple of beers, the rooftop of the Neukölln Arkadien shopping mall is now home to a modish terrace café. Prices are upper-middle-range, and one has to pay to enter in the evening, but the vibes are relaxed and casual, and you can people-watch a diverse set of Berliners lounging on its wooden platforms and deck chairs. The view over the city is unbeatable, with the TV-tower smack dab in the middle in all its glory. If you get there before 18:00, you skip the queue and the door fee.
