Anna Sgroi, a self-taught Sicilian-born chef, collects Michelin stars - one each for three different restaurants over almost 20 years. The most recent is for her latest restaurant, which carries her name. Serving her signature modern Italian fare, it opened in 2013 in a historic building. Just previously, she had a restaurant in St. Georg which held a Michelin star for its last six years.
