La Venencia is an atmospheric sherry bar that hasn't changed much since the Spanish Civil War when Republican soldiers and Ernest Hemingway (of course) drank there. Tapas are simple and tasty. No photos or tipping, please. Tabs are still written on the bar in chalk.
