One of three revolving restaurants in Colombia, the elegant La Fragata Giratoria is on the 12th floor of the World Trade Center. It takes about 85 minutes to see the full circuit, so reserve around 6 pm to catch the sunset as well as day and night views. Its signature dish is Langostinos Fragata, in the classic Fragata sauce with coconut rice and plantains. The La Fragata brand has several other restaurants around town, but they are all stationary. The other revolving restaurants, by the way, are in Barranquilla and Medellín.
