It's not the small Lleras Park that attracts but all the nearby restaurants, bars and clubs that draw a mostly young and classy crowd, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays after 9 pm. The touristy, party-central neighborhood has something for everyone. It is considered generally safe, but it also has a reputation of sex-for-pay and drugs.
