About 33 miles (53 km) northwest of Mexico City, the Tirabuzón Wine Bar with more than 150 labels has a classy interior of bleached wood, wine crates and illuminated bottles behind the bar. The terrace looks out over the Atizapán hills. Formerly called Atizapán de Zaragoza, the city is named after the late president. Its Zona Esmeralda is one of the wealthiest in the State of Mexico and Greater Mexico City.
