The Sapphire Ocean Club and Local Bistro is the jazzy new replacement for the old Lido Beach Club. As a beach club, it offers day passes and memberships that include the pool and beach lounging. Bistro Local, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, specializes in fish and meat dishes with Mediterranean flair. It has a full bar, lounge music and DJs and well as great sunsets. Michel Pascal Ferrari, the Swiss chef-owner of Trattoria Michel, and a founding member of the Puerto Vallarta Farmers Market is behind the project.
