Komodo is a 300-seat restaurant on three stories, indoor and out, in Miami's "business" district. It serves South Asian cuisine and custom cocktails. The menu takes a creative turn with wasabi shrimp, pastrami egg rolls and tuna porterhouse but includes classics like Peking duck. Happy hour starts every day at 4 pm with Moscow Mules, Passion Fruit Mojitos, Cucumber Basil Martinis accompanied by bite and small plates. Expect some flash along with the food as one of the owners is Dave Grutman of LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau, having his first go in the restaurant business.
