A gem of a teahouse in the West Village, Bosie Tea Parlor serves excellent loose leaf tea along with suitably dainty eats.  People love this place, so expect a line, but once you're inside enjoy the sandwich platters or scones with clotted cream.  They also serve beer and wine if tea is not your thing.
