A Harlem institution, Sylvia's has been serving up Southern comfort foods like grits, cornbread, barbecued ribs, down-home fried chicken and cornmeal-dusted catfish since 1962. On Sundays, Sylvia - known as "The Queen of Soul Food" - adds gospel music to the brunch menu from 12:30 pm to 4 pm.
