Thai-born, Orlando-raised Pom Moongauklang opened Pom Pom's Teahouse & Sandwicheria, in a small shopping center almost a decade ago after working at Lucky Cheng's, a "drag cabaret" restaurant in New York City. A graduate of the New York Restaurant School, she marries East with West in gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups and sweets served with fine teas and surrounded by local art. She also owns Tako Cheena.
