Located in downtown Phoenix at Heritage Square Park, Rainbows Festival is like another Pride but later in the year. If you missed Pride in April and you happen to be in Phoenix by October, have no fear, you can still get in on some wonderful Pride celebrations. It's a fantastic street fair and is second only to the main Pride Event earlier in the year. Hosting 150 exhibitors and sponsors, entertainment on two stages and over 25,000 visitors each year, it's one big diverse LGBT-Q party. And yes, admission actually is FREE.
