It would be hard to find a more charming or comprehensive tea shop than this one. There are two locations - a cozy loft space with balcony on the shopping street of Northwest 23rd, and a converted railroad caboose (yes, you read that right) in the Sellwood neighborhood. Both locations are ideal for grabbing a cup of tea on a grey day or a bubble tea on a warm one. Be careful though - you may walk out with 30 kinds of loose leaf tea and several different infusion devices.
