The basic American food at Bubala's by the Bay is tasty enough, but the main attraction is the incomparable people-watching from the large outdoor deck that overlooks Commercial Street and the pedestrian parade. The view from the inside dining room isn't too shabby either, with sweeping views of the Bay. This is also one of the only Commercial Street restaurants with off-street parking.
