The nationally televised Supergirl Surf Pro is the largest all-women's surfing contest in the world with more than 250 top female athletes competing. On land, there's a festival village full of music, vendors, activities and entertainment. Events take place south of the Oceanside Pier about 40 miles (64 k) north of San Diego. Admission is free.
