The second largest American cherry blossom event after the national festival in Washington DC, the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival transforms Japantown over two weekends every April, when hundreds of performers from both Japan and America take to the streets. Guests are treated to traditional Japanese dance, song, and martial arts, as well as handmade Japanese delicacies, and a large bazaar filled with crafts.
