The dining room at Cliff House Bistro--located inside the larger Cliff House complex--takes full advantage of its enviable location with massive floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the Pacific Ocean. The food is American-style seafood like Dungeness crab cocktail, fresh local oysters, and cioppino, and though it's not the best meal you'll have in the city, it's fresh and plentiful and served in front of a view so sweeping and expansive you'll feel as if you're on the prow of a ship.
