Practically a Capitol Hill institution, Mr. Henry's has been serving pub food and live music to a gay clientele since the 1960s. While it's less of a scene these days, it's still a friendly place to grab a seat outside and enjoy a few cheap mixed drinks.  They also have live music upstairs five nights a week. Fun fact: Roberta Flack was discovered here.
