Built in 1938 as a public "tea room" for female bathers, Brass Bell is a complex of seven restaurants and bars at the water's edge. Weekends are often raucous with live music in the bars and fresh seafood on the tables. Between drinks, you can take a dip in the tidal pools off the terrace downstairs.
